Our leadership team comes from Alabama Power, Georgia Power, and other major IOUs, where they led transmission, distribution operations, substation programs, and billion-dollar infrastructure initiatives. They are building Gridco with one core belief: exceptional infrastructure requires exceptional people.

Gridco started with a vision: to build a utility contractor that operates with a utility mindset, safety-first, long-term relationships, and technical excellence over transactional speed. We hired experienced linemen, foremen, and engineers who share those values.
